...before setting off on my journey to the center of the earth
This may or may not be my entry to the contest held by *Indian-Ink Depending on what they say about my skill
level :3
The logic behind this and how it ties to the book/movie/etc. is how it says that on the wikipedia page that the book is "a journey through the unconscious" so I tried my best to get a dreamy type of feeling in the manip.
The glowing jewels act like lanterns for the horse and the cat. The red gem in the lower left corner is supposed to be attached to the cat's tail but the shadows covered it
